No Bake Creamy Banana Pie with Toasted Coconut

Desserts are always so much fun to include as part of a meal – especially a chilled dessert. This Creamy Banana Pie is easy to make and you find yourself wanting that second slice! I first made this dessert for Super Bowl Sunday and found it was a nice balance to the heavier Super Bowl foods being served. It made a nice summer dessert on a hot summer day. It is versatile as you can enjoy it all year-long! Enjoy!

  1. This sounds absolutely delicious! And since it has bananas inside, we can consider it perfectly healthy… right? Bananas + coconut… almost like fruit salad! 😀

    1. I would definitely say it is a healthier alternative for a dessert! It is not a heavy dessert nor is it high in calories or fat. I do not feel guilty when I have this pie. 🙂

    1. You do wonder! We try to have a balance of food plus keep our portions smaller. Americans are expected to eat a whopping 1.38 billion chicken wings, according to the National Chicken Council. In Buffalo the pizzerias go through an insane amount of chicken wings on Super Bowl Sunday.
