  • Add blueberries to the Rockcrok and then top with 1 tbsp of sugar. You can add more sugar if your want them sweeter.
  • In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt removing any lumps. You can use the adjustable measuring spoons and measuring cup to reduce cleanup of multiple measuring items!
  • Whisk in the milk, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
  • Pour batter over the top of the blueberries. Smoothing with a scraper
  • Cut the butter into chunks placing on the top of the cobbler.
  • Bake the Blueberry Cobbler at 350 degrees for about 35-50 minutes, or until lightly golden on top and the batter sets.
  • Use a cake tester to ensure the topping is cooked through.

Time to Enjoy Our Easy Blueberry Cobbler!

Serve the Blueberry Cobbler warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! Store the cobbler at room temperature, covered and reheat in the microwave for that warm out of the oven aroma and taste! Best enjoyed the day it is made or the following day. The Rockcrok maintains the heat for a couple of hours.

Cleaning the Rockcrok

Cleaning the Everyday Rockcrok is easy after enjoying our Blueberry Cobbler. Just put it into the dishwasher! Or take 2 minutes to hand wash and dry. Add some warm water and a little dish detergent to the Rockcrok. No need to soak. Using a dish cloth, wash the Rockcrok and then dry. Cleaning is a snap so I just skip the dishwasher leaving it for the more challenging dishes.
