Easy Blueberry Cobbler with Cooking Video

This is the perfect time of year for a Blueberry Cobbler with fresh blueberries at a reasonable price! It warms nicely in the microwave by placing the Rockcrok into the microwave for a few minutes. The aroma of warm blueberries fills the kitchen with a delightful scent!

How to Make a Blueberry Cobbler
- Rinse, drain, and dry the fresh blueberries.
- Melt 2 tbsp butter in the Rockcrok EveryDay pan or a 9×9 pan in the microwave or oven.
- Add blueberries to the Rockcrok and then top with 1 tbsp of sugar. You can add more sugar if your want them sweeter.
- In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt removing any lumps. You can use the adjustable measuring spoons and measuring cup to reduce cleanup of multiple measuring items!
- Whisk in the milk, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
- Pour batter over the top of the blueberries. Smoothing with a scraper.
- Cut the butter into chunks placing on the top of the cobbler.
- Bake the Blueberry Cobbler at 350 degrees for about 35-50 minutes, or until lightly golden on top and the batter sets.
- Use a cake tester to ensure the topping is cooked through.

Serve the Blueberry Cobbler warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! Store the cobbler at room temperature, covered and reheat in the microwave for that warm out of the oven aroma and taste! Best enjoyed the day it is made or the following day. The Rockcrok maintains the heat for a couple of hours.
Cleaning the Rockcrok
Cleaning the Everyday Rockcrok is easy after enjoying our Blueberry Cobbler. Just put it into the dishwasher! Or take 2 minutes to hand wash and dry. Add some warm water and a little dish detergent to the Rockcrok. No need to soak. Using a dish cloth, wash the Rockcrok and then dry. Cleaning is a snap so I just skip the dishwasher leaving it for the more challenging dishes.

Blueberry Ingredients
- 4 cups Fresh Blueberries rinsed and drained
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Butter
Batter Ingredients
- 1 cup Pastry Flour or all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¾ cup Sugar
- ¾ cup Milk
- 1 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ¼ cup Butter
Instructions
Oven Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Bake for 35 to 50 minutes or until golden brown and baked through.
Blueberry Preparation
- In a Rockcrok EveryDay Pan melt 2 tbsp of butter in the microwave or in the oven.
- Add blueberries to the Rockcrok and then top with 1 tbsp of sugar.
- In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt removing any lumps.
- Whisk in the milk, eggs and vanilla until combined.
- Pour batter over the top of the blueberries – smoothing with a scraper.
- Cut the butter into chunks placing on the top of the cobbler.
- Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for about 35-50 minutes, or until lightly golden on top and the batter sets.
- Use a cake tester to ensure the topping is cooked through.
- Serve warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
