Happy Independence Day America! Today I am grateful for the men and women who gave their lives for our freedom. Our freedom of free speech, freedom of religion, freedom of expression, and freedom of assembly. For me I stand for the flag out of respect for all those who have died for our freedom; for all those who serve whether in war or in peace time. I kneel at the cross for my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Be safe this Fourth of July Holiday.

No not today. Safeway fried chicken again, off paper plates and plastic forks. the kitchen is now officially closed for right now. Everything is all wrapped up. It should be open again within a couple of days though. 🙂
We grilled today and will be posting the recipe. It was humid today but still good grilling weather.
Send me pictures along with the recipe, and you could be my next guest chef. 🙂
