Do you love pumpkin and spices? If you do, Pumpkin Dip with Cool Whip is the perfect appetizer bringing together those yummy ingredients. The whip cream provides a nice creamy texture. Serve it with apple slices, ginger snap cookies or even graham crackers. You can quickly whip up this light, fluffy dip chillin it in the refrigerator until serving. A perfect holiday dip bringing together all the wonderful ingredients of the season!

Making the Pumpkin Dip with Cool Whip
We love this dip as a quick alternative to a pumpkin pie. It uses many of the same ingredients except for the milk, eggs, and crust. If you serve it with ginger snap cookies or graham crackers that would take the place of your crust! Plus you can make this dip the day before saving time on the big day. Consider this dip the next time you are bringing a dish for a party or gathering.
This dip is super easy to make that you can modify the ingredients based upon your preference. We use a lot of spices in this dip that includes cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg. You can easily reduce them and it is better to start conservative adding more spices. Brown sugar is the sweetener. Depending upon desire sweetness determine how much brown sugar to add. As with the spices you may need to adjust based upon taste tests. And of course that is the fun part!
Let’s start making the Pumpkin Dip with Cool Whip! Whisk together the pumpkin puree, cool whip, and vanilla until smooth. In a small bowl combine the spices and brown sugar. Then add to the pumpkin puree mixture blending until smooth. Place in a container with a lid and chill in refrigerator. Serve with sliced apples, pears, gingersnap cookies, or graham crackers.

Bernice, such a beautiful picture of smooth and creamy pumpkin dip! Warm spices go so well with pumpkin.
Thank you! It is delicious! And I so agree about pairing warm spices with pumpkin. I tend to go heavy on the spices.
I have never tried a pumpkin dip! Must be delicious!
It is wonderful! Light and fluffy!
So simple but if I made this, it would be gone before it made it to my guests! Seriously, saving this one! Thank you I never heard of this before.
I know what you mean! That is always a problem with a yummy dish like this one! These recipes are also perfect for when you have left over ingredients but not quite enough for another recipe.
Love the combination of flavors in this creamy dip!
Thanks! It is creamy and fluffy. It was a fun appetizer and unexpected since store bought dip is popular.
