How to Make Strawberries Whipped Cream

  1. Glasses: Choose two glasses that make a beautiful presentation! That is part of the fun.
  2. Strawberries: Wash, dry and slice the strawberries.
  3. Whipped Cream: In a medium size bowl, using a hand mixer, mix together the heavy cream, Pinnacle Whipped Cream Vodka, and Confectioners Sugar on medium-high speed until medium peaks form.
  4. Layer Ingredients: In two glasses, layer the strawberries and homemade whipped cream.
  5. Garnish: Top with your favorite toppings! A great topping compliment the Strawberries Whipped Cream such as cinnamon sugar, shredded dark chocolate, and fresh mint leaves!
  6. Enjoy!: Strawberries Whipped Cream is best served immediately and it will be gone quickly!

7 Tips for Making Strawberries Whipped Cream

  1. Whipped Cream: If using a standing mixer, do not use the highest speed to avoid over-mixing.
  2. Check for Medium Peaks: While mixing your Whipped Cream, stop to check the consistency of the whipped cream. The peaks should maintain their consistency but do not need to be stiff peaks either.
  3. Cold Ingredients: Cold ingredients and even the bowl and beaters all helps in making a great whipped cream! At minimum leave the heavy cream in the refrigerator until needed!
  4. Store Bought Whipped Cream: In a pinch you can use a frozen whipped cream if heavy cream is not available.
  5. Alcohol or Vanilla: If substituting vanilla for the alcohol, I would decrease the measurement to a teaspoon. If using a light liqueur you may want to increase the measurement as you want the alcohol to provide an underlying flavor.
  6. Berries: Consider adding a mixture of strawberries and blueberries! The options are really endless and fun to try!
  7. Chocolate: Add a little cocoa powder when making the whipped cream for another fun twist!
