Two 9x5-inch loaf pans
Large mixing bowl
2 1/2cupsWhite Whole Wheat Flour or Whole Wheat Flour
6Large Egg Whites
Nonstick cooking spray
2½cupsZucchinigrated and not peeled
Preheat your oven to 350.
Lightly spray two 9x5-inch loaf pans with a non-stick spray. Or line your loaf pans with parchment paper to make it easier to remove the bread. Just leave about two inches hanging over the loaf pan for easy removal.
Healthy Zucchini Bread Preparation
In a large bowl, sift dry ingredients together, twice.
Combine wet ingredients in a small bowl.
Slowly add and mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Fold in the shredded Zucchini and Walnuts.
Divide the batter between the two prepared pans and bake for 30 to 35-minutes or until toothpick comes out of the center fairly clean but not dry.
Cool for a few minutes, remove the bread from the pan and completely cool.
Divide into 20-slices.
