Dressing
1/2cup Mayonnaise
1/4cupOriginal Anchor Bar Wing SauceYour Favorite Heat
1/8tspSmoked Paprika
Potatoes
4Red Potatoes Potatoeslarge
1tbspOlive Oilor oil suitable at high temperature
1/2tspSeasoned Salt
¼tspPepperfreshly ground
¼cupCrumbled Blue Cheese
Instructions
Make Ahead Dressing
In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise, Original Anchor Bar Wing Sauce and paprika in a bowl.
Cover and refrigerate until dinner.
Potatoes
Wash, dry and pierce of the potatoes.
Place the potatoes on a microwave safe dish, and microwave until tender but not overdone.
Cut them into desired size. Do not remove the skin unless using a potato with a thicker skin.
In a large frying pan, add Olive Oil to cover the bottom and heat.
Add potatoes and cook for about 15-minutes – turning periodically.
Seasoned with salt and pepper.
Transfer the potatoes to a platter and top with the dressing and blue cheese. You could garnish it with parsley and additional smoked paprika.
Notes
Calories will change depending upon how much Blue Cheese is used as a topping.
