Baileys Frosting Instructions
Using a hand mixer, cream the Kerrygold Butter in a medium size bowl.
Blend in the cream cheese until mixed with the butter.
Slowly mix in or stir in the Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla.
Stir in the powdered sugar before mixing with the hand mixer to reduce powdered sugar flying out of the bowl!
Once frosting is smooth and at the proper consistency, decorate your cupcakes.
Store any extra frosting in the refrigerator. Because the frosting does harden in the refrigerator, bring back to room temperature when ready to use.
Notes
Calories are approximate based upon the number of cupcakes and ingredients used.Tips
If piping the frosting, start with a small amount to determine if the frosting is the correct thickness.
If the frosting is too thick, add more vanilla, Baileys Irish Cream, or Milk. Start with ½ teaspoon since the consistency can change with just a little extra liquid.
If the frosting is too thin, then add more Powdered Sugar.
Store any unused Baileys Frosting in an airtight container with a lid.
Bring to room temperature once refrigerated to make frosting the cupcakes easier.
